Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in construction, learn hands-on skills, and grow within the company
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
- Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, Deck/Railing construction.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as Demolition, Deck Construction, Retaining Wall Construction
- Tow trailers, move equipment/materials
- Snow Removal operating trucks with snowplows or skid steers
- Requirments:
- Prior construction experience with a strong understanding of residential carpentry and general building practices.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting 50 lbs and working at heights
- Strong commitment to safety procedures related to power tools and construction site protocols.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as a team
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to pass DOT physical/Drug Test
