About the Role
The team at Spasticity & Movement Partners works with patients to improve their movement and daily function by setting meaningful goals, providing tailored treatments, and guiding them through a recovery plan they can trust. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll play a vital role in our practice. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients
- Managing patient check-in and check-out
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Verifying insurance
- Collecting payments
- Providing information and assistance to patients and their families
- Ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience
- Collaborating with the team to provide top-notch care
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service and at least 2 years in an administrative role. Experience in a medical officeis a major plus!
- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; higher education is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency with technology (especially iOS), and attention to detail are a must.
- Attitude: Positive mindset, team-oriented, and drama-free.

Education and Experience
- Experience in a medical office is required.
- Four or more years’ experience working as an executive assistant, office administrator, or front desk receptionist is required.
- High School diploma required; post-high school education preferred.
- A minimum of four years’ customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, apply attention to detail, provide friendly service, and operate with personal responsibility / accountability.
