Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System's Department of Employment and Recruitment, a Division of SRHS's Human Resources is seeking an compassionated, energetic and enthusiast Recruiter I to join a dynamic and experienced team!
Reporting to the Director of Employment and Recruitment, the Recruiter I will have responsibility for assigned searches, from the requisition to the closure of the search as well as providing new hire preparation and general support to the department, and flex to assist in various functional areas based on business needs. Primary purpose in this role it to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers and managing onboarding process up to orientation.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Experience
- 5 years Human Resources Experience
- Experience with MS Office Products, particularly Word, PPT, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with ATS Systems, HRIS and other related Employment and Recruitment tools Systems
Core Job Responsibilities
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, media and internet sites; provide organization information, opportunities and benefits, making presentations and maintain rapport
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Attract applicant by placing job advertisements through various media outlets
- Determine applicant qualifications; arrange management interviews, including coordinating travel, itineraries, escorting to interview and community tours
- Maintenance and utilization of Employment and Recruitment systems, including HCM, ATS, STIX, Assessment, SkillSurvey, UniversalOnline and OnBoarding
- Maintain all requisitions, verifying department and position numbers (per Recruiters division)
- Prepare and submit onboarding and post hire paperwork for new hire including E-Verify
- Maintain accurate I-9 data for entire organization; quarterly audits for accuracy
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting upon request
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and work flow in the Employment and Recruitment department
- Provides excellent customer support and follow through
- Assists with employee relations matters to include providing Employment and Recruitment documentation for hearings, at the request of Employee Relations
- Assists with Employment and Recruitment projects and initiatives to include new badgeroll-out, UniversalOnline, etc.
