Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role located in Port St. Lucie, FL. The Sales Representative will engage with potential clients to understand their energy needs, present tailored solar solutions, and guide them through the sales process. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, creating proposals, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive customer experience and maintain strong relationships while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Ability to conduct prospecting, lead generation, and follow-through
- Knowledge of residential solar energy systems and renewable energy trends (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the solar or energy industry, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Port St. Lucie, FL
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
