We’re hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Truck Parts Sales Representative based in Gastonia, North Carolina.
This is a full-time, on-site / field-based role focused on selling truck parts to fleet and transportation clients across North America.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect and develop new clients in the trucking and fleet industry
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, quoting, closing and follow-up
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in truck parts, diesel, fleet, or aftermarket sales
- Strong sales mindset (hunter profile – not passive account management)
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Bilingual English / Spanish (required)
- Based in North Carolina or open to relocate
Compensation:
- $29 USD/hour (first 6 months)
- 4% commission on all sales
- $1,200 USD/month gas allowance
- High performers can reach $100,000 USD/year
Work conditions:
