Responsibilities

- Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Enforce security policies by managing conflicts calmly and professionally, ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and deterring theft or vandalism
Skills
- Proven experience in security operations with a strong understanding of law enforcement procedures
- Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques
- Proficiency in surveillance technology including CCTV systems and other monitoring tools

- Background in military or law enforcement service is highly advantageous
