Duties
- Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic to prevent congestion and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during incidents or emergencies, providing necessary support and information
- Conduct routine patrols around the premises to identify hazards, unauthorized access, or safety violations
- Implement conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes or disturbances effectively
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting suspicious behavior
Requirements
- Level II license must be active
- Clean background
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective coordination with emergency services
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as needed
