As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will inspect new water loss and mold remediation jobs, provide mitigation crews with the scope of work to be completed, and provide updates to customers, Spartan staff, and insurance adjusters.

Responsibilities
- Monitor crews for areas that may need more training.
- Inspect new water loss and mold remediation jobs.
- Provide crews with scope of work to be completed and assist them if necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports to customers and management on project status and any deviations from the original scope of work.
- Document detailed notes.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays or disruptions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of mitigation experience and project management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Xactimate, MICA, and/or DryBook
- IICRC WTR required
- IICRC AMRT / ASD preferred
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
