What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Project Manager position at Paul Davis?
We are looking for a dynamic Mitigation Project Manager to lead our water and environmental claims. The project manager will take charge of one of the emergency services teams and serve as the primary contact for the client throughout the entire process. Our perfect candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years in the restoration sector, focusing on large residential and commercial mitigation projects, as well as reviewing complex estimates.
You must hold at least WRT and ASD IICRC certifications and be open to attending training sessions to gain additional certifications and knowledge essential for your role.
This is a full-time role with on-call duties.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the team
- Execute and complete projects according to company standards
- Meet with clients and adjusters on-site to help resolve issues as the main point of contact Inspect job sites for quality assurance
- Document and gather all relevant information related to estimates and invoicing
- Review jobs daily through written summaries to ensure compliance and budget adherence Monitor team hours for accurate payroll
- Build relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and industry partners
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience handling large mitigation claims
- High level of expertise in restoration claims, including drying, equipment, and mold Proficient in Xactimate software
- IICRC Certifications in at least WRT, ASD, and CDS are strongly preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification would be ideal
- Available for on-call duties
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able and willing to go through a comprehensive background check screening
