We are seeking an Equipment and Service Coordinator! The ideal candidate for this role is customer focused with strong business communication skills, proficient in a Windows based environment, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multi-tasking. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two to five years in a related customer service or equipment service environment.

The Equipment and Service Coordinator maintains positive relationships between customers, vendors, and internal clients. Primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls, working directly with customers and delivering outstanding service, writing up repair tickets, ordering and receiving parts and supplies, and billing out jobs to customers. Additional responsibilities include invoicing of equipment sales and parts and maintaining reports and systems to track all equipment movement and sales.
