Spartan Capital Group is partnering with a leading organization in the Dearborn, MI area to hire VDC Coordinators (Electrical BIM Detailers). What You’ll Do
- Develop 2D & 3D BIM models for conduit, cable tray, and electrical equipment
- Create coordination & fabrication drawings (underground, overhead, electrical rooms, etc.)
- Collaborate across architectural, structural, mechanical, and civil teams
- Run clash detection using Navisworks Manage
- Interpret construction documents (plans, sections, elevations)
- Identify design conflicts and support solutions
- Produce shop drawings aligned with prefabrication standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of electrical or BIM experience
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and/or Navisworks
- Understanding of electrical construction & installation methods
- Familiarity with NEC codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Associate degree or Technical Diploma
- BIM / Revit / AutoCAD certifications
- Exposure to BIM coordination workflows

Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
