We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Flex Officer to join our security team. Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage.
- Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential disturbances.
- Provide assistance in emergency situations, utilizing CPR and First Aid skills when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Experience
- Previous experience in a security role is preferred; familiarity with law enforcement practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is beneficial.
- Strong conflict management skills are essential for handling difficult situations effectively.
- Experience in military or law enforcement environments can enhance the candidate's suitability for this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
