What You’ll Do
- Oversee inbound grading of various metal products and raw materials.
- Identify and address non-conforming raw materials.
- Inspect all product prior to shipment to ensure quality is met for customers as well as packaging needs.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Work with Production Manager to make certain the production schedule ensures all sales are met.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Organization and structure of the plant floor.
- Work with administration, commercial, accounting, and IT teams to support business needs.
- Lead safety, housekeeping, and compliance initiatives across the plant.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- 2–5 years of metals, manufacturing, or quality control experience (preferred, not required).
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
