• Hunt for top talent using creative sourcing strategies — from LinkedIn deep dives to community networking.

• Build lasting partnerships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor for staffing solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer acceptance — ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
• Supervise and support branch field employees, helping them thrive in their roles.
• Track recruitment metrics to keep improving your game.
