Product Marketing Manager Job Summary:
Sparks Group is working with a global professional association in Washington, DC to find a strategic, creative, and team-oriented Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth and engagement across a flagship print publication and a diverse portfolio of digital offerings. This is a long-term, hybrid contract role (2 days onsite).
In this position, you’ll partner closely with senior marketing leadership while also owning key initiatives independently. You’ll contribute to integrated marketing campaigns, support brand consistency and messaging alignment, and play a role in conference and event marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital strategy, performance analytics, brand development, and campaign execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches across a range of products, programs, and services.
- Help ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and event materials.
- Develop, edit, and test marketing copy for email, social media, and digital advertising to drive engagement and support campaign goals.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Maintain organized marketing dashboards, campaign assets, and reporting documentation.
- Contribute ideas and research to enhance audience growth and engagement strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing best practices to inform strategy.
- Assist with conference and event marketing initiatives, including promotional efforts, lead engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide support for event activations and booth presence, with occasional on-site participation as needed.
Product Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in product, brand, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and/or CRM platforms is preferred.
- Willingness to participate in occasional on-site conference or event support.
- Experience with event or trade show marketing is a plus.
Salary : $62 - $72
