Responsibilities
- Carry and achieve an individual sales quota
- Develop and close commercial and multifamily opportunities
- Build relationships with developers, property managers, GCs, and enterprise customers
- Lead complex sales cycles involving access control, surveillance, security, and IoT solutions
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting
- Manage and develop sales representatives
- Set team quotas and performance expectations
- Conduct pipeline reviews and weekly 1:1 meetings
- Provide coaching on deal strategy and closing techniques
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members
- Support hiring efforts as the team scales
- Establish and refine sales workflows and CRM discipline
- Drive pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Develop repeatable messaging and value propositions
- Collaborate with Operations on project scoping and feasibility
- 5 years of B@B Experience
- Demonstrated history of achieving quota
- Experience managing or mentoring sales team members
- Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience selling technology-enabled solutions in commercial environments
- Existing network within developers, property managers, or general contractors
- Experience in security, access control, IoT, or low-voltage systems
- Experience managing both recurring revenue and project-based sales
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to provide two professional references
- Experience with network systems architecture and hardware
- Proficient with all current Microsoft Office products
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
