Sparks Group has partnered with a government consulting firm to find a Policy & Quality Assurance Lead to help with a system integration. As the Policy & Quality Assurance Lead, this is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring system integrity by evaluating policy impacts and overseeing cross-system data validation. This role serves as a key bridge between functional, technical, and finance teams to drive accuracy and control alignment from initial design through final implementation. Responsibilities:
- Execute an enterprise-wide review of SOPs to identify impacts from the Keystone project, maintaining a live Policy Impact Register to track updates, approvals, and retirements.
- Partner with process owners to draft and revise policies and process maps, ensuring alignment with standardized Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows in Infor and Icertis.
- Define and oversee the testing strategy (SIT, UAT, and regression), authoring test cases focused on financial accuracy, compliance, and seamless system integration.
- Manage defect remediation, validate cross-system data integrity, and maintain full traceability between project requirements and testing outcomes to support final readiness reviews.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in policy analysis and quality assurance within complex systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL).
- Extensive experience authoring master test strategy/plan and detailed test scripts to ensure thorough validation of system functionalities and requirements.
