What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently to support customer orders and operational success.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and inspect condition of materials.
- Investigate shortages, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with replenishment and stock organization.
- Use warehouse tools, equipment, and systems to complete tasks efficiently.
- Support shipping and distribution processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Follow OSHA, safety, and hazardous material handling guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–12 months of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable work ethic and solid attendance.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with physical warehouse tasks including lifting, sorting, and movement.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
