IT Application Trainer

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a scientific association seeking an IT Application Trainer to support their team in bridging the gap between technical tools and everyday users, and building engaging learning programs from the ground up. If you bring a high level of customer service and ability to provide high quality technical guidance, this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Design Impactful Learning: Collaborate with IT and leadership to build comprehensive curriculums, user manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.

• Lead Engaging Sessions: Deliver interactive in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to different skill levels and learning styles.

• Measure Success: Evaluate training program effectiveness, gather employee feedback, and continuously refine learning materials to maintain high quality.

• Track & Document: Maintain accurate attendance records, produce reports on training outcomes, and curate accessible troubleshooting guides for employees.

• Stay Ahead: Continuously update your knowledge on internal software, system updates, and emerging workplace technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in corporate IT training, instructional design, and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, ERP systems, and standard workplace tools.

• Key Skills: Exceptional communication, patient problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $37.50 to $39.35
