Job Summary/Company:Sparks Group has partnered with a fabrication company in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania and together we are recruiting for an Industrial Electrician to support manufacturing operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipmentDiagnose and resolve electrical issues involving motors, drives, PLCs, control panels, sensors, and power distribution systemsRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsPerform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliabilityTroubleshoot AC/DC systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial control systemsEnsure all electrical work complies with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standardsCollaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to resolve equipment issuesAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projectsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationRespond to emergency maintenance calls as requiredQualifications:Journeyman Electrician status or equivalent industrial electrical experienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniquesAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsExperience working with PLCs, motors, VFDs, and industrial automation systemsStrong understanding of electrical safety practices and lockout/tagout proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as neededPreferred Qualifications:Union manufacturing experienceExperience in plastics, extrusion, or injection molding environmentsPLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)Electrical certification or technical trade school trainingBenefits: Union hourly rate: $32.94/hourOvertime in accordance with union agreementComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time offStable, long-term employment in a manufacturing environment------------------------------------------------------------------This job is In-Person.We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.Download the Sparks Group mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.------------------------------------------------------------------Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
