Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to anticipate and address HR needs aligned to business goals
- Balance employee advocacy with business priorities and promote initiatives to strengthen a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
- Identify and mitigate employee relations risks and de-escalate conflicts
- Provide career coaching and support employee development plans including advising on internal mobility and career opportunities
- Apply performance and consequential management practices
- Implement and monitor HR policies, programs, and processes region-wide
- Facilitate training to communicate new processes and systems
- Lead change initiatives through innovation and problem solving while anticipating and addressing resistance to change
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
- 6 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in a complex, matrixed, and international environment
- Experience with employee counseling and handling complex employee relations issues
- Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international)
- Aerospace industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong written presentation, interpersonal, consultative, and problem solving skills
- Experience with HRIS Platforms- Experience with ADP, Workday or SAP preferred
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Union Experience Highly Desireable
