Human Resource Assistant

We are seeking an organized and personable HR Administrative Assistant to provide front-desk and administrative support to the HR team. This position will serve as a first point of contact for employees with general HR questions and will help ensure daily HR operations run smoothly.

• Provide onsite coverage for the HR front desk and serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
• Answer phones, emails, Teams messages, and walk-in HR inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR team member.
• Assist employees with general HR questions and escalate issues when additional assistance is needed.
• Distribute incoming mail and assist with other routine administrative tasks.
• Support communications related to New Staff Orientation and new hire onboarding.
• Complete I-9 verifications, both onsite and through the online process.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and helpful presence at the HR front desk.
• Assist the HR team with additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.

• 1–2 years of experience providing administrative or support services within an HR environment.
• Some college coursework or a college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Teams, email, and other standard office technology.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment.

Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $25.00
