Key Responsibilities HRIS Maintenance & Improvements (50%)
- System Optimization: Administer, customize, maintain, and upgrade HR applications and modules to ensure optimal performance.
- Process Automation: Partner with HR, IT, and Data Privacy teams to develop integrated workflows and automated features.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all HRIS platforms comply with federal/state regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Vendor Management: Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner when interfacing with external HRIS vendors and service providers.
- System Implementation: Serve on implementation teams for Workday (Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time, Payroll) and ServiceNow.
- Business Alignment: Translate Center of Excellence (CoE) needs into actionable projects, managing prioritization, scheduling, and resources.
- Change Management: Support post-go-live optimization, security administration, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Problem Solving: Address internal customer needs, resolve system complaints, and implement process improvements to prevent future issues.
- User Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system guidance to employees, HR partners, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- System Administration: Manage user permissions, access levels, and system personalization settings.
- Documentation: Create and maintain HR documentation for reporting and standardized processes to ensure consistent system usage across countries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.
- HRIS Experience: 5 years supporting HRIS administration and implementations for core HCM and Payroll systems.
- Support Experience: 2 years in a customer service, administrative, or HR support role.
- System Preferences: Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce is highly preferred
- Technical Savvy: Strong functional HR knowledge, familiarity with Organizational Administration tools, and basic technical skills (HTML, Visual Basic, or scripting).
- Project Execution: Ability to work independently, manage multiple shifting priorities simultaneously, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical needs to non-technical users.
- Customer Service: Strong active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to remain focused and helpful in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
