Job Summary/Company: The purpose of this position is to perform agile project management activities for complex, high profile programs and projects, working with cross-functional IT teams and product owners to deliver business solutions. and to provide expert guidance and expertise to self-organizing teams in the areas of agile/iterative planning, agile execution techniques, and cross-team coordination.Responsibilities: Developing and reporting team status and metrics to various stakeholdersCoordinating deployments and ensuring compliance with change control proceduresWorking as a Scrum Master, conducting and effectively participating in sprint planning, task estimates, task sequencing, sprint reviews and retrospectivesAssisting the team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definitionScaling Scrum to large project teams using techniques such as “scrum of scrums” to allow clusters of teams to discuss their work, focusing especially on areas of overlap and integrationLeading the development and maintenance of team standards, tools, and best practicesQualifications/Background Profile:8 to 10 years of experience performing the duties outlined above in a professional environment8 to 10 years of demonstrated experience with increasingly complex software development initiatives Available for Public Use6 to 8 years of experience as an agile project manager of increasingly complex software development initiatives3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or as a project manager in an Agile environment, managing contractors, consultants and./or vendors, as well as coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters or project managersBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field or have equivalent related experienceCertified Scrum Master (CSM) is required------------------------------------------------------------------This job is Hybrid Remote.Pay Range: Hourly $65.00 to $72.00We offer several comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.Download the Sparks Group mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.------------------------------------------------------------------Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
