Compensation:
Commission-based. Most team members earn $20–$30/hour equivalent, depending on efficiency, service type, and schedule consistency. Reliable, high-quality work is rewarded.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-quality residential (house cleaning) and small office cleaning services
- Follow structured checklists to maintain consistent quality
- Work independently or in small teams
- Communicate professionally with clients and the team
Schedule:
- Part-time (up to 20 hours per week, based on availability and demand)
- Typical shifts range from 3–6 hours
- Weekday availability required
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Able to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, standing, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
Preferred (Not Required):
- Cleaning or janitorial experience
- Customer service experience
