Chief of Staff
Sparklos is seeking a Chief of Staff to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate operates in their zone of genius when in service to others—helping leaders and teams perform at their highest and best use. You’ll work alongside senior consultants and executives to simplify complexity, introduce structure, and drive progress across key programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Simplify and bring clarity to complex challenges to create structured, actionable paths forward.
- Demonstrate strong consulting and advisory skills—including analysis, synthesis, and translation of insights into clear recommendations and deliverables.
- Design and implement rhythms, cadences, and meetings that improve decision-making, culture, and information flow.
- Develop business processes, governance models, and measurement systems aligned to client needs.
- Apply systems thinking to introduce structure, automation, and process optimization.
- Document best practices and workflows to strengthen both internal operations and client delivery.
- Run automation experiments to identify where technology can enhance performance and consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience at a top consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, McKinsey, Slalom, Point B, or similar).
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or Business Manager in a complex organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 6 years of experience managing complex, consultative engagements or internal strategy programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-moving, evolving client environments.
- Strong presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- A true team player who can flex seamlessly between strategy and execution.
