Oil Change Manager

Sparkling Image Express Oil Change is now hiring an Express Oil Change Service Center Manager for our San Fernando, CA location.

Sparkling Image Car Wash and Express Oil Change is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & oil change centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced manager and leader for our Express Oil Change service center. The candidate does not require automotive experience to qualify. Sparkling Image uses a complete training program that teaches you how to successfully operate our service center. The Oil Change manager is responsible for, building and training their team, coaching, mentoring and holding team accountable, resolving customer concerns, opening and closing the service center, performing preventative automotive maintenance on customer vehicles, and delivering world class customer service.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have outstanding customer service skills and an outgoing attitude.
• Prefer to work following a structured process for task completion.
• Desire to learn how to manage high volume customer driven activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Have a strong desire to drive revenue through a productive team centric environment.
• Have a passion for team building including training and development of staff.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution experience.
• Experience in management and/or supervisory duties
• The ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Bilingual is a plus- not required
• Work every weekend
