Construction Cleaning

Job Summary
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our team. This role involves performing thorough cleaning of construction sites and newly completed buildings to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards. Duties

• Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from construction sites and finished spaces
• Clean windows, floors, walls, and fixtures to meet project specifications
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations
• Use cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and pressure washers
• Assist with setup and breakdown of cleaning stations or supplies as needed
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within deadlines
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction cleaning or general janitorial work is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites is advantageous

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
