Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface polishing
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene across all areas of the home
- Care for flooring through proper cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care procedures
- Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed to meet client preferences
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and replenished regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Requirements
- Experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and floor care techniques
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry, carpet cleaning, and custodial duties is preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or hotel housekeeping is a plus
