MPL Cleaning Services, LLC is hiring a dependable Residential House Cleaner / Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We provide professional home cleaning services throughout Graham, WA and surrounding areas.
If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy physical, active work, we would love to meet you. No experience required — we provide paid training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning services in private homes
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid state drivers license
- Previous house cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or maid service experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Dependable with consistent attendance
- Able to perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday–Friday
- Daytime shifts (no nights required)
- Schedule varies based on daily assignments
- Weekly Pay & Benefits
- 10 days paid training (paid at WA State minimum wage)
- $18 per hour after training
