MPL Cleaning Services, LLC is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team! We provide professional residential cleaning services throughout Graham, Puyallup, and surrounding communities.

No professional cleaning experience required. We provide paid training.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning services in private residences.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces according to company standards.
• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and established procedures.
• Properly use and care for cleaning products and equipment.
• Maintain professionalism and respect for clients and their homes.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
• Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday.
• Daytime shifts; no regular evening shifts required.
• Occasional weekend opportunities may be available but are not required.
• Hours vary based on client scheduling and operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Training: $18.00/hour for approximately 10 training days.
• Post-Training Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour upon successful completion of training, with higher rates available based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated performance.
• Paid sick leave accrued in accordance with Washington State law.
• Weekly pay.
• $0.60/mile reimbursement for eligible business travel.
• Monthly performance bonuses (eligibility requirements apply).
