MPL Cleaning Services, LLC is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team! We provide professional cleaning services for offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties throughout Graham, Puyallup, and surrounding communities.

No professional cleaning experience required. We provide paid training.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning services at commercial client properties.
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, empty trash, and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow property-specific cleaning instructions and established procedures.
• Properly use and care for cleaning products and equipment.
• Maintain professionalism and respect for client properties.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Follow property security, access, and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
• Comfortable working evening shifts.
• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time, primarily Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Weekday evening shifts, with reporting times as early as 4:30 PM.
• Flexible weekend scheduling, primarily daytime.
• Hours vary based on client needs and operational requirements.
• Additional shifts may become available as we grow.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Training: $18.00/hour for approximately 10 training days.
• Post-Training Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour upon successful completion of training, with higher rates available based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated performance.
• Paid sick leave accrued in accordance with Washington State law.
• Weekly pay.
• $0.60/mile reimbursement for eligible business travel.
