Part-Time Cleaning Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Specialist to clean three commercial buildings including two medical offices and one office trailer. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining clean and professional workspaces, and is dependable.
Schedule & Compensation:
Medical Offices (2 locations)
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 6pm
- Saturday cleaning optional and may be completed anytime during the day
- This route is assigned on every-other-week rotation
- $300 per month
Commercial Office Trailer (1 location)
- Schedule: Friday after 5pm
- Saturday cleaning optional and may be completed anytime during the day
- Once a week
- $100 per month
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
- Sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, countertops, desks, and waiting room surfaces
- Cleaning glass doors, mirrors, and other interior glass surfaces as needed
- Restocking restroom supplies when necessary
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional environment for staff and visitors
- Ensuring buildings are clean, presentable, and secure before leaving
Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and lift cleaning supplies as needed
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
