What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact at the kiosk, and greet customers with energy and confidence.
- Educate guests about Sparkle’s products, wash packages, and membership plans.
- Promote memberships and upgrades.
- Deliver professional, friendly service that keeps customers coming back.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the site running smoothly.
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, energetic, and naturally persuasive — you enjoy talking to people.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to hit goals.
- Thrive in outdoor or on-your-feet environments.
- Team player who brings positivity to every shift.
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required).
Pay & Perks:
- $15/hr $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days ($20/hr start)
- After 90 days, trained CSRs typically earn well above $5/hr in commission
- Commission is available to all employees
