Position Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Charlotte team. This role involves assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service through clear communication and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs.
  • Support administrative and service-related tasks as required.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
