- Drive & Showcase Level of Effort to Manage Multiple Initiatives at Once, Drive Results Across Business Teams and Projects.
- Expertise In Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, And Hybrid Delivery Methodologies
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication Skills
- Strong Facilitation Skills for Steering Committees, Project Reviews, And Status Reporting
- Experience Managing Multiple Concurrent Projects, Dependencies, Risks, And Budgets
- Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams Including Business, Technology, Vendors, And External Partners
- Proficiency With Project Management Tools Such as Asana, Jira, Azure Devops, Or Microsoft Project
- Experience With Portfolio Management, Resource Planning, And Roadmap Development
- Change Management and Organizational Readiness Experience
