Position Summary of the Account Recruiting Manager:
The Account Recruiting Manager plays a key role nurturing partnerships with reputable organizations. In this capacity, you will spearhead the growth and development of existing clients, focusing on sourcing and recruiting for open job orders, cultivating a talent pipeline, and providing services to meet the specific needs of clients. Position Responsibilities of the Account Recruiting Manager:
- Execute daily sourcing and recruiting activities.
- Vet out talent based on relevant qualifications.
- Track talent efficiently in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure strict adherence to all client paperwork and processes within specified timeframes.
- Analyze, interpret, and present sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to identify talent for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire client requisitions.
- Conduct client meetings to comprehensively review performance, metrics, and staffing trends through quarterly business reviews.
- Construct and manage a targeted talent pipeline through diverse channels, such as recruiters, your own recruiting efforts, job boards, networking, referrals, and other pipeline generating activities.
Minimum Requirements of the Account Recruiting Manager:
- Track record of surpassing production objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Active listening skills.
- Competitive spirit and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Capacity to perform exceptionally under pressure.
Preferred Requirements of the Account Recruiting Manager:
- 4 years of recruiting/staffing experience.
- 2 years of B2B communication experience
