This is a full-time on-site Consultant position based in Birmingham, AL. The Consultant will work closely with clients to identify business challenges, develop actionable strategies, and implement solutions that drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive business analyses, providing guidance on leadership development, implementing effective systems and processes, and fostering a strong organizational culture. The Consultant will also mentor clients and their teams to maximize performance and achieve sustainable success.

• Proficiency in business analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving
• Experience with systems implementation, operational management, and leadership development
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentorship skills for fostering team and individual growth
• Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a focus on achieving organizational goals
• Prior experience in consulting or business coaching is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred
