Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group is seeking a Consultant/Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our partners to deliver executive coaching, leadership development, and assessment‑based consulting for a wide range of business clients.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Deliver executive coaching and leadership development services
- Facilitate leadership training sessions and group workshops
- Support succession planning and talent management engagements
- Conduct assessments and provide data‑driven insights to clients
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and partners on client projects

- Graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
