We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled System Engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities for our EO/IR systems. This role bridges the gap between our sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring customers receive expert guidance during the evaluation phase and seamless support after deployment.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled System Engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities for our EO/IR systems. This role bridges the gap between our sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring customers receive expert guidance during the evaluation phase and seamless support after deployment. A key component of this position also involves collaborating closely with partners and integrators to ensure smooth system integration and alignment with their specific operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions for EO/IR systems, including integration with other sensors and Command and Control (C2) systems.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements specific to EO/IR technologies and multi-sensor interoperability.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the creation of technical documentation and proposals, ensuring solutions align with both EO/IR and C2 system requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, addressing technical objections and providing insights into seamless sensor and C2 system integration to meet business goals.
Post-Sales:
Support onboarding and implementation of EO/IR solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
Provide technical training and documentation to customers and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EO/IR systems, escalating to engineering when necessary.
Maintain long-term customer relationships by offering ongoing technical support and identifying upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years in a technical pre-sales, post-sales, or systems engineering role.
Strong understanding of EO/IR technologies and systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Independent, responsible, proactive, and capable of leadingsystemic issues
Hands-on capabilities in the field of electro-optical products
Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., Salesforce).
