This structure creates powerful, sustainable income.Your RoleAs Outside Sales Manager, you will own the build-out of our in-home sales organization by hiring, onboarding, developing and continually growing the team.Key Responsibilities:Tap your established network and expertise in outside sales / in-home sales environments to identify, attract, and hire top notch sales reps.Create and implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure fast ramp-up and sustained performance.Coach and support sales reps by training, and optimizing their efforts by creating a high-close-rate sales process featuring no-brainer offerings and powerful referral incentives.Partner closely with executive leadership to define and execute the overall sales team development and expansion strategy.What We're Looking ForProven track record in outside sales or in-home sales (high-volume experience strongly preferred).Robust personal network of top reps within the outside sales / D2C community.Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and scaling D2C (In-home) sales organizations.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for uncapped earnings and building high-impact teams.Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.Why This Role Is ExceptionalThis is a rare leadership opportunity to design and lead the growth of a high-velocity in-home sales team in a category with massive untapped potential.
