Job Summary
We are hiring a Full-Time Sales Representative to work inside a big box retail location. This role involves assisting customers with wireless and/or home service solutions, completing activations, and meeting sales goals in a face-to-face retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in-store and explain available products and services
- Assist customers with selection, sign-up, and activation
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Process orders and accurately document customer information
- Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
- Follow company policies and retail guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and engage with customers for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
