Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Germantown, WI, for a Sales and Operations Support professional. In this role, you will assist in coordinating sales and operational activities, providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and Order Management to support client needs
- Results-driven attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the electrical materials or power systems industry is an advantage
