Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing electrical projects, ensuring their successful completion. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee electrical projects from start to finish - Manage a team of electricians and other staff members - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings - Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met - Estimate project costs and develop project timelines - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement - Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide solutions - Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera Requirements: - Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations - Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with construction management software is a plus - Valid driver's license We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
