We are launching a video-first content series to reach practice owners and operators on LinkedIn and other platforms. We need a dependable, detail-oriented marketer/editor who can turn raw recordings into consistent, professional content that drives inbound conversations.
What you’ll do- Build and manage a simple monthly content plan posting cadence for healthcare practice decision-makers.
- Edit short-form videos (captions, cuts, basic motion graphics, hooks, CTA).
- Write platform-ready post copy (LinkedIn first; optional IG/FB repurposing).
- Schedule posts, track performance, and iterate based on engagement and lead signals.
- Keep content aligned to a clear message: practices need “a treatment plan” too, and Spark helps them run smoother and more efficiently.
- 8–12 edited short videos (30–90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn
- 8–12 matching LinkedIn captions/posts (light CTA, relevant hashtags)
- 1 simple monthly report (what performed, what to change next month)
- Proven experience editing short-form social video (portfolio required)
- Strong copy instincts for B2B (bonus if healthcare)
- Ability to create a repeatable workflow (templates, naming conventions, file handoff)
- Fast turnaround, strong communication, and comfort working independently
- Healthcare ops/RCM familiarity (billing, credentialing, practice management)
- Canva or basic design chops for carousels/thumbnails
- Experience with LinkedIn thought-leadership content for founders/operators
