About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a fully in-office position — not remote. You will work directly with motivated sellers, analyze deals, and negotiate purchase contracts that align with our investment criteria.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with motivated property sellers via phone, text, and in-person follow-ups
- Qualify leads and gather accurate property and seller information
- Analyze deals using ARV, repairs, and investment metrics
- Present and negotiate purchase offers
- Secure signed purchase agreements
- Update CRM/Podio with detailed and accurate notes
- Coordinate with the Dispositions and Transaction Coordination teams
- Attend in-office meetings, trainings, and deal reviews
Requirements
- Must be able to work in-office (this is NOT a remote role)
- Sales experience required (real estate sales preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and money-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Workspace, spreadsheets)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Real estate wholesaling or investment experience
- Familiarity with REsimpli or similar CRM
- Understanding of ARV, comps, and repair estimates
- Background in cold calling or inside sales
