Real Estate Agent - Showing Specialist

The Role

We are looking to add a licensed real estate agent to our growing team to help with well qualified buyers - this role can best be described as a showing agent, but with top of the industry compensation being offered. This will not be a pay by door situation. The team member will actually earn a split of the commission for every single closing of buyers they meet with (more detail on this below).

My mission is to serve my clients in the absolute best way possible, and as part of that I need to find an agent who is hungry, hard working, and offers incredible customer service to clients.These buyers are all sourced by my marketing and have reached out to work directly with our team - the quality of these leads is extremely high, so you will not be running around aimlessly with non-serious buyers.

You'll need to be readily available to show homes Mon-Sun within reason - on a busy week during the peak season, you may work 30 hours showing homes with qualified buyers. Availability is key here - if you have another job, this isn't the position for you.

You'll be working directly with me and learning how to grow as an agent yourself, while making great income. There is opportunity for growth with this position. You will be learning directly from me, but you'll also have an opportunity to become the team's primary buyer's agent eventually, when this position is needed. This would mean actually getting fully qualified buyers handed directly to you as YOUR clients, with you making a large portion of the commissions.

We will be offering industry leading compensation for our showing agent, because we aren't just looking for someone to open doors. We are looking for a detail oriented, go-getter that wants to learn and stay loyal to the team while making really good money. You will have a real chance to make 6 figures a year with this position.

Requirements:

1) You MUST be a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona. 2) You need to be AVAILABLE! If someone calls and wants to see a home in 4 hours, you should typically be able to accommodate something like this. Of course in certain instances it is okay if not, but it shouldn't be a recurring issue. With this being said, the majority of our showings are booked 24 hours in advance.3) Location: Many of the showings will be on the North and West sides of the Phoenix valley, so it will be beneficial if you aren't located in the far east.4) Excellent communication and timeliness is a MUST for this position.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
