Duties
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces.
Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to maintain guest comfort and convenience.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and common spaces with attention to detail.
Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, dusting high and low surfaces, and industrial cleaning when necessary.
Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications
Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks comfortably.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial management is advantageous but not required.
