Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces with precision and efficiency.
- Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques suitable for different surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures aligned with hospitality standards and health regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or areas needing extra attention, reporting them promptly.
- Use janitorial equipment effectively, including vacuums, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
