Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience
- Verify and reconcile guest accounts, charges, and payments accurately using hotel management software
- Monitor security systems, conduct patrols of the property, and respond promptly to any safety concerns or incidents
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including nightly summaries, incident logs, and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or resolve issues swiftly
- Maintain guest relations by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality roles with a focus on night audit or overnight shifts
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, guest services, and hotel operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous
