Location: Hybrid-Remote. The role will require travel, as needed to project locations located in Alexandria & Sterling, VA; Phoenix & Tempe, AZ, and Austin, TX.

Clearance: Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. United States Citizenship is required as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance.
Required Certifications:
- Microsoft focused certification required such as MS Certified Solutions Associate or Microsoft equivalent.
Key Skills:
- Must have experience managing a Microsoft-based infrastructure by overseeing the 365 environment as well as overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of M365 services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Intune, VoIP, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, CoPilot, and Teams.
- Providing support for M365-related issues, including user account management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of M365 services, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Ensuring the security of M365 services by testing patches and updates as well as applying required security configurations.
- Implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions for M365 services.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of M365 configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Working closely with other IT teams to support M365 needs and integrate M365 solutions with other systems.
- Providing training and support to end-users on M365 services and best practices.
- Create Trouble Ticket for unexpected outages.
- DUO and MFA support and set up related to application servicing, patching, and hosting for end user accounts.
- Conduct build and buy analysis.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- 10 years of professional experience in Microsoft M365 Administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Will require travel, as needed to project locations which may include the below for installing and maintaining physical equipment (i.g., network firewall, server, storage, uninterruptable power supplies. Minimal travel is anticipated, and majority of support will be remote.

- Must have experience managing a Microsoft-based infrastructure by overseeing the deployment, migration, configuration, and support of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
- Experience providing installation and configuration of M365 components.
- Experience monitoring Microsoft system performance and addressing issues.
- Experience performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting to ensure systems run smoothly and securely.
- Application patching and hosting experience with M365 for installation, configuration, administration, licensing, and monitoring/maintenance.
- ServiceNow experience required.
- Microsoft focused certification required such as MS Certified Solutions Associate or Microsoft equivalent.
- Customer service driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
